Terms, refunds and cancellation
Using the tool
- You may use for your own business returns, or for the returns of clients you prepare returns for.
- Keep your login to yourself. Do not resell, share or copy the tool.
- Read the disclaimer. You are responsible for the accuracy of your return.
Trial and subscription
A new account has a free trial of days. After that the price is . Pay with the same email address you used to create your account.
Plans, GSTIN limit and extra packs
Each paid plan covers a number of GSTINs: Monthly (30 days) up to 15, Quarterly (90 days) up to 30, Yearly (365 days) up to 50. A GSTIN is the GSTIN of a business you file returns for. You add GSTINs to your account and can run the tool only for those.
Plans run in periods of 30 days counted from the plan start date. A GSTIN you add can be removed only after the 30-day period in which you added it has ended. Then you may replace it with another. If your limit goes down when you renew, remove the extra GSTINs before using the tool.
An extra pack adds 5 GSTINs. It is valid until the end of the current 30-day period, even on the yearly plan, and is not carried over. Prices are shown without GST; GST is added at the applicable rate.
One account may be open on one computer at a time. Logging in on another computer signs the earlier one out. An account is for one person; each additional person in your office needs their own account.
Saved data and backups
Saved files, corrections and client names are kept only in your browser and are deleted at the end of your billing period. We cannot recover them. Backup files you create are your responsibility.
Refunds
If the tool does not work on your data and we cannot fix it, we refund your payment in full if you ask within days of paying. Write to with your account email.
Cancellation
A subscription is a one-time payment for the period shown on your account page. It does not renew on its own, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends when the period ends.
Updates
We update the tool when the portal's format or the rules change and we learn of it. We do not promise a date for an update.
Ending an account
We may suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to attack the service. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have jurisdiction.
